Pour contents of package into a container add 1 litre of clean water. Leave to soak for 8 hours. Drain off liquid after 8 hours. Replace with clean fresh water and bring to a boil until gel like consistency appears. Blend liquid. Drink natural or add ginger, cinnamon for flavour and sugar if you prefer a sweetened flavour. Chill and drink cold or heat to drink warm.
